We believe church is more than a service to attend — it’s a family to belong to and a mission to live together. Whether you’re new to faith, returning to church, or looking for a church home, we’d love to help you get connected.

ABOUT US
Learn more about who we are, our story, and the heart behind Crossroads Fellowship. We are ordinary people pursuing the presence of God and making disciples where we live, work, and play.
BELIEFS

We hold to the historic teachings of Christian orthodoxy as articulated in the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed. We also gladly affirm more recent summaries of Christian doctrine and mission such as the Lausanne Covenant and the statement of faith of the Langham Partnership.

Our desire is to remain deeply rooted in the authority of Scripture, centered on Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and committed to the historic faith once delivered to the saints.

LEADERSHIP

Crossroads Fellowship is led through shared leadership under the direction of Lead Pastor Byron Cutrer alongside our pastoral team and elders. We are especially grateful for the faithful leadership and pastoral care of Pastor Jeff Fritcher and Pastor Cyndi Abbe, whose service has helped shape the life of our church family over many years.

We believe men and women are equally gifted and qualified to serve as co-laborers in the church. We do not simply permit, but actively value, the leadership of both men and women across the life of the church, including the role of elder.

We recognize that thoughtful Christians hold differing views on this topic, and for some this conviction may feel new or challenging. We are committed to approaching the conversation with both truth and grace.

We are grateful for churches like Bridgetown Church that have modeled these conversations thoughtfully and biblically.
