We believe that our journey does not stop after accepting Christ, and that ongoing nurturing through learning and service are the cornerstones of spiritual health. Behind every volunteer is a felt need in the church. God has provided each and every one of us with our own spiritual gifts. We hope you will share yours with us!

Volunteer Leaders

Travis Fagg

Travis serves as our Guest Services Leader. He coordinates our volunteers from parking lot, coffee & donuts in The Gathering Place, to welcoming members and visitors in our Worship Center.

Lisa Vaughan & Logan Wilkins

Lisa and Logan serve as our Children's Ministry Leaders. Together they can help you plug in Sunday's in our Nursery, or in our Wednesday Night KIDZone.

Morgan Watson

Morgan is our Minister to Youth, grades 7-12. Youth meets Wednesday Nights and throughout the year for other events, outings, and missions.

Bob Lemley

Bob leads our Production Team. If you prefer a more behind the scenes/technical role we have a place for you!

How do I volunteer?

If there is an area in our ministry you feel you are being called, please reach out to one of our Volunteer Leaders or send us a message by using the contact us page. We will connect you with the appropriate ministry leader to take your next step.

What is the time commitment?

Whether you have one hour or ten hours to give, we have an opportunity that fits your availability. We have monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly options varying by ministry. We do our best to be flexible with your schedule and are committed to finding a place that will work for you.

Why should I volunteer..Do you really need me?

Volunteers are the heartbeat of our church. Every week it takes 50+ volunteers to make Crossroads ministry happen. Yes! We need you! Serving allows you to be used by God to make a real difference in people's lives.

How do I find out what volunteer opportunities are available?

Our primary goal is for each person to be serving in a way that fits their God-given strengths and spiritual gifts. With that mindset, we encourage you to look for a serving role that allows you to do just that. We do have areas that have the greatest need for immediate volunteers.
